I return to Taiwan on August 21 at 16:35
In that short interim I absolutely must:
- Apply for and subsequently receive a Taiwanese visa
I am hoping to:
- Apply for and subsequently receive a visa to go to mainland China (same day if possible)
- Hop on the 13 hour night bus to Nanning
- See all of my friends, pick up my bicycle
- Return on the same 13 hour night bus
- Hopefully not be hassled with taking my bike on the plane
- Not spend more than $200 CAD all told

I just caught up to you, hardly. Regardless, I just took a slow stroll over your path and was so pleased with what I saw. You are seeing beautiful things by the look of it; I was so happy you shared.
As far as taking the first steps, one foot, then the next, and so on; I hear you. Mitch and I are getting ready to blast into this new life together in this brand new town! Two days!
I miss you like crazy and think of you so often. Please excuse the long spaces in between contact, I will try harder after we are in our new home. Please send me an address that would accept modest packages and proud letters!
